Bonnie Springs

Here are some photos of our trip to Bonnie Springs. It is right at the base of Red Rock. Nainoa had a great time feeding the deers and chasing the chickens around. The weather was perfect. It was so nice to be outside and not be in the hundreds. The highlight of our day was the train ride. It's so fun coming up with new fun things to do as a family.

Pandemonium @ UCLA Nov. 16-18!

Since Eye's tour got cut short we have spending a lot of time together. He has been getting some quality bonding time with Nainoa. I am happy to announce that Pandemonium is going to be at UCLA's Rocye Hall November 16-18th! Nainoa loves the show and for now the only thing he watches is the 14 minute montage. He imitates the squonkaphones all day long and loves to drum along with the you tube clip. I am so happy he will be able to watch Dadda again on stage.

Here are photos of Nainoa on stage in Miami and also my favorite South Beach shot.

Please help us spread the word about Pandemonium. Tell your friends, c0-workers, family, neighbors via email, Facebook, Twitter, Blog. It's an amazing show. If it does well in L.A. then then there is a definite future for Pandemonium.

Pandemonium is coming to the Royce Hall in LA Nov 16-18.. Tickets can be purchased by calling (310) 825-2101, or visiting www.uclalive.org.

More Miami

Since it's been raining these past few days we haven't been going out much. Today we ventured to Little Havana and had some kick ass cafe con leche and guava/cheese pastries. Nainoa didn't care for the guava. We leave tomorrow and I am getting sad. Next time we see each other will be in L.A. at the end of October. It's has been a great trip. Wish me luck on the flight tomorrow!

Relaxing Miami style.

9 telling Dadda how to get to Little Havana.

Yummmmm.

South Beach

Today was Eye's first real day off in 8 days. He is been working so hard that today all he wanted to do was lay around the beach and that we did! We had a leisurely morning and rode the bus to South Beach. We hung out with Steve, Loretta and Glynnis at the beach right in front of the Delano hotel, my favorite hotel and spa in Miami. The weather was perfect. Sunny, breezy and not that humid. The water was refreshing. Nainoa loved watching the waves run over his feet. He got really into picking up and throwing sand everywhere. He had a blast playing the water and in the sand. Nainoa even took a two hour nap! I kept on thinking that the breeze and the ocean sounds must have had something to do with it. I love South Beach. So many great memories. I auditioned for Stomp here with Mish, than came back here with the show twice and now we are here again with Nainoa. Tomorrow more beach and my favorite breakfast place News Cafe!

Ahhhhh.

A father and son moment.

My naked beach baby!

Knocked out for 2 hours. Love that.

Miami bound!

Nainoa and I are taking a red eye flight to Miami tonight. If all goes well he'll wake up at 6:05 am in Miami and not even know he's was on a plane. (fingers crossed please!) I am so excited to see Eye and see all my Stomp family and friends. I am not taking my computer. (GASP, Mish aren't you proud of me?) But I won't be completely cut off so I will try and post from Eye's new MacBook. Here is a little more of what Pandemonium is.
